As a U2 fan, and a pretty big U2 fan at that, I want to take a moment to wish Bono a very Happy Birthday.
In honor of his birthday I’m going to post my favorite picture, that I took, of Bono from the past tour. I was honored to donate a print of this image in the African Well Fund’s “Build A Well For Bono’s Birthday” auction.

Once again this year there are some fantastic images donated from all stages of U2’s career – including a lot of new images from the 2009 U2 360 leg. As with auctions in prior years, I’m honored to have my images listed along side the work of photographers I respect.
This year all of the proceeds are going to water projects in Zimbabwe.
